Cupertino "Tino" Valmoja Obituary
Cupertino "Tino" Vibangco Valmoja, 68, of Kapaa passed away at Straub Clinic and Hospital on May 31, 2019. He was born in San Juan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines on September 18, 1950 and retired from Harbors Division as a Maintenance Personal.
Preceded in death by his parents, David & Dolores Valmoja; granddaughter Kailee Lynn Valmoja Freitas.
Cupertino is survived by his wife, Angelina B. Valmoja; 4 children, Michael (Eve) Valmoja of Kapaa, Cheridan (Travis) Valmoja of Kalaheo, Billy Valmoja of Kapaa, Chad (Shandiin) Valmoja of Kalaheo;9 grandchildren, Travis Valmoja, Shaileah Valmoja Pigao, Kaysha Valmoja Freitas, Trestyn Valmoja, Travis Freitas Jr., Taeani Valmoja, Kenzie Valmoja, Kaizley Valmoja, Kaizen Valmoja; 5 brothers, Artemio (Betty) Valmoja of Las Vegas, Mario (Zeny) Valmoja of Hanamaulu, David Valmoja Jr. of Lihue, Freddie (Celia) Valmoja of California, Pauly (Laplane) Valmoja of Hanamaulu; 3 sisters, Lagrimas (Vic) Villon of Lihue, Expedita (Greg) Soriano of Las Vegas, Rosemarie (Romell) Guerrero of California; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of his life will be held on Friday, June 21, 2019 at Immaculate Conception Church with viewing from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and Mass celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens.
