David Wayne Ibsen, 54, of Kapaa passed away on December 19, 2018. He was born in Washington on July 12, 1964 and was a self-employed electrician.
Preceded in death by his father, Gerald W. Ibsen.
David is survived by his fiancé, the love of his life, Rose Holthaus, son, Daniel Ibsen; mother, Janet Skidmore; brothers, Ken (Anna) Ibsen, Dean Ibsen; hanai children, Susan Woods and her children, Natalie Audrey and Sophia; Jennifer (Edward) Carpenter and children, Isaac, Aaron, Aydan, Teagan, Kaiya; Christopher Holthaus; hanai sisters and brothers, Alfred and Heide Lardizabal, Sonya (Jess) Quel-Lardizabal and children, Ashley and Maraih; Persian Lardizabal and daughter, Kaileen; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Lydgate Park, pass big pavilion at end of parking lot from 11:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
