Eugene Uegawa Obituary
Eugene Yukito Uegawa, 71, of Kapaa passed away at home on November 26, 2019. He was born in Lihue, Hawaii on June 18, 1948 and retired as a principal from Kauai Community School for Adults.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Kiyoto and Shizuno Uegawa and brother, Lincoln Uegawa.
Eugene is survived by his wife, Merle Uegawa; daughter, Liane Uegawa; son, Justin Uegawa; sisters, Jane Kanada, Amy (Roy) Kimura, Katy Uegawa and Irene (Rudy) Lekarczyk and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
Private services were held.
