Jane Kashiwabara Obituary
Jane Satsuko Kashiwabara, 84, of Lihue passed away at home on July 13, 2018. She was born in Kapaa, Kauai on October 21, 1933, was a dedicated homemaker and volunteered with County Agency of Elderly Affairs.
Jane is survived by her husband, Richard Kashiwabara Sr., 9 children, Amy (Wayne) Arakaki, Grace (Danny) McCluskey, Dean (Yang) Kashiwabara, Willy (Lani) Kashiwabara, Ken Kashiwabara, Richard Kashiwabara Jr., Susan (Rolland Jr.) Peahu, Sharon Kashiwabara, Carol Orr; 19 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren; sister, Alice Victorino; sister-in-law, Mini Maeno; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at Kauai Veterans Center in Lihue with visitation from 10:30 a.m. to 11:45 and services beginning at 12:00 p.m. A private burial will be held at Kauai Memorial Gardens.
