Junior Jay Watenpaugh, 94, of Kapaa passed away at home on December 17, 2019. He was born in Stoddard, Nebraska on April 11, 1925 and was a Brick Layer.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Leil and Elsie Watenpaugh and sister, June Albrandt.
Junior is survived by his nephew, Jim Albrandt and two grand-nephews, Skye and Benjamin Albrandt.
