Mervyn Tadashi Kimura, 72, of Kalaheo passed away at home on October 19, 2019. He was born in Hanapepe, Kauai on June 2, 1947 and upon his professional retirement he worked with his wife at their family owned business, Kalaheo Flowers and Gardens.
Preceded in death by his first wife, Karen Cluff Kimura; parents, Norman and Yaeko Kimura.
Mervyn is survived by his wife, Carol Kimura; children, Jamiee (Yu) Ohki, Julie (Jarom) Brizzee, Brandon Kimura, Benjamin Kimura; 5 grandchildren, Caryn Ohki, Mari Brizzee, Maile Ohki, Ison Ohki, Luke Brizzee; sister, Jan Humber; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, Octrober 26, 2019 at The Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Kalaheo Ward with viewing from 9:00 a.m. and services celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens.
