Rodney Medeiros Obituary
Rodney Gerard Medeiros, 70, of Lihue passed away on August 5, 2019. He was born on Kauai, Hawaii on May 25, 1949 and worked as Airport Maintenance for the State of Hawaii.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Alice Medeiros and brother, Calvin Medeiros.
Rodney is survived by his father, Manuel Medeiros; son, Richard (Shelly) Medeiros; daughters, Leila (Abe) Kuhaulua and Ziba (Colin Nakamura) Medeiros; nieces, Alyssa (Hanson Hsu) Kaneakua and Cherina (Tony Laborte) Medeiros; grandchildren, Ashley, Ashkhon , Daisha and Rashaan Kuhaulua, Naja, Collin, Noah and Fehryn Pungan, Bayleigh and R.J Medeiros, and 5 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on August 17, 2019 from 11 to 4pm at the Bryan J. Baptiste Sports Complex, the large pavilion behind the Kapaa Skate park near the roundabout.
