Toshie Oshiro, 78, of Kauai passed away on July 3, 2019 at home. She was born in Saipan on November 17, 1940 and retired after running her own restaurant.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Katsumi Oshiro.
Toshie is survived by her 3 sons, Roy (Amelia) Oshiro, Dan (Michelle) Oshiro and Guy (Sandra) Oshiro; and 5 grandchildren.
