Amber Rose Ku'u'ala Phillips, 32, of Kilauea passed away on June 26, 2020 in the Kalalau Valley. She was born in Haena, Kauai on November 12, 1987.
Amber was preceded in death by her brother, Koa Phillips.
Amber is survived by her parents, Angela Polis Fish; step-father, Joseph Fish; father, David Phillips; sisters, Maria and Mahina Fish and Alana and Alea Phillips.
A celebration of her life will be held in the future.
