Anthony “Tony” A. Cook, 58, of Kapaa passed away on July 2, 2020 at his home. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on April 27, 1962 and was a loving father, husband, brother, and son.
Tony was preceded in death by his father, Skelly Wiz; and brother, Nicholas Wiz.
Tony is survived by his wife, Jeri Cook; son, Austin Cook; daughter, Katie Cook; mother, Carole Cook; sisters, Theresa (Steven) Schenk and Lauretta (Larry) Cook-McIntosh; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of His Life will be held in the future.
