Benjamin Baguinon Caoagas, 76, of Lihue passed away at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on April 21, 2018. He was born in Paoay, Ilocos Norte, Philippines on September 14, 1941 and retired as a Surveyor with Amfac Sugar Co.
Preceded in death by parents, Tomas and Adriana Caoagas; brother, Ulpiano Caoagas; brother-in-law, Warlino Menor,
Benjamin is survived by his wife, Eliza Caoagas of Lihue; sons, Marlo (Melisa Pegeder) Caoagas of Puhi, Adrian (Reichell Robles) Caoagas of Seattle, Washington, Christopher (Leah) Caoagas of Lihue; daughter, Melanie Caoagas of Seattle, Washington; 14 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild; brothers, Florentino (Erlina) Caoagas of Omao, Ferdinand (Estela) Caoagas of Wailua; sister, Carlina Menor of Las Vegas; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, May 19, 2018, at Immaculate Conception Church with viewing from 8:00 am and Mass celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens.
