Charles Looney Obituary
Charles L. Looney, 76, of Lihue passed away on September 4, 2020 at his home. He was born in Shreveport, Louisiana on February 17, 1944. He worked for the Federal Government Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Charles is preceded in death by his wife, Joan and his parents, Charles and Emily Looney.
Charles is survived by his loving companion, Sonia Song; son, Sean (Meredith McCauley) Looney; daughter, Sarah (Arnis) Ronis; his brothers, Terry, Tim, and David Looney; his sisters, Kathy Sylvie and Eileen Urso; and three grandchildren.
A private Celebration of his Life will be held in the future.
