Charlotte Aiko Kaneholani, 78, of Anahola passed away at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on December 31, 2024. She was born in Hawaii on July 13, 1946, and was employed as a seamstress with Smith’s Tropical Paradise and boat tours and volunteered at Church of the Pacific Food Pantry.
Preceded in death by her husband, David Kaneholani Sr.; parents, Charles Kiilau Sr. & Haruko Kiilau; daughter, Sarah Kaneholani; siblings, Charles Kiilau Jr., Mollie Shigeko Kiyabu, Lulu Tsuruko Alicuben, Walter Masao Kiilau; In-laws, Lily Kiilau, Raymond Napoleon, Shigeru Kiyabu, Wesley Kailimai, Lillian Kiilau, Harold Sato; great-grandchildren, Jordaen Alisna & Alaena May Himeko Benavidez.
She is survived by her children, Walter Masao (Lehua) Iopa, Mollie Ray Iopa, Charla (John) Brock, David Kaneholani Jr., Maycia (Guy Ibos) Matsuyoshi, Kealaonaona Iopa; 15 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; siblings, Pearl Kailimai, Charmian Sato; In-laws, John “Jacky” Alicuben; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.
A Celebration of Life will be held on February 22, 2025 at Anahola Beach Park. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM with services and lunch to follow
