Damon Ventura Obituary
Damon M. Ventura was born in Lihue, Kauai on May 18, 1944. He died on August 10, 2023, at his home in Kilauea after a 16-month illness. He served in the United States Army and retired from the Kauai Fire Department as an Engine Operator.
He was preceded in death by his parents Joaquin and Daisy Ventura, brother Joaquin Ventura Jr., brother James Ventura, sister Lorraine Amaral, and sister Patricia Kaui.
He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Sheila Chong Ventura, sons Damien (Shayne) Ventura, Kurt (Mahina) Ventura, sister Lillian Rapozo, 5 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A private service will be held at a later date. The family requests no koden.
