Dexter Keola Ibaan, 34 of Lihue passed away on December 31, 2020. He was born on Kauai on January 14, 1986.

He is preceded in death by his sister Jessica Carvalho-Ibaan.

Dexter is survived by his children, Meleana “Lucy” Manintin-Ibaan, Raiatea “My Crazy” Manintin-Ibaan, and Kanai “Hawaiian” Manintin-Ibaan; parents, Sonny & Betty Ibaan and Melinda Stout; siblings, Eric (Cashie), Derek, Marlon (Trish), Shanlyn, Joshua, Jazmyn Ibaan and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
