Obituary
Donald “Donny” Lee Strickland, 64, of Lihue passed away at home on May 8, 2023. He was born in Alaska on September 10, 1958 and was a Carpenter with the Carpenter’s Union Local 745.
Don went by “Donny” most of his life (even though he kept trying to get everyone to call him Don!) and he was “Dirty” to all his biker friends. He moved to Hawaii 7 years ago with his family where he found the life he had always dreamed of. Donny was loved by all. He worked hard and was a caring man who would do anything for his family and friends. He will be missed.
He is preceded in passing by his parents, Hugh “Elmo” & Patricia Strickland.
Donny is survived by his wife, Jennifer Strickland; sons, Dustin Strickland, Michael (Jessica) Phillips; daughters, Kelsey Strickland, Tiffany Taylor; 6 grandchildren; sister, Joanne Raffeo; brother, Gary Strickland; numerous, nieces, nephews and cousins.
