Dr. Clyde Takeshi Ishida, 72, of Kapaa passed away on March 14, 2023. He was born in Lihue on April 10, 1950 and retired as a dentist in private practice.
Preceded in death by his wife, Mary Taft Ishida.
Clyde is survived by his fiancé, Susan Mukai; children, Emily Ishida and Timothy Ishida; grandchildren, Selah Medeiros, Asher Medeiros; sister, Charlene (Mitchell -dec.) Quinones; brother, Clarence (Jan) Ishida Jr; nieces and nephews, Shelley Quinones Thomas, Kenji (Kristin Anderson) Quinones, Brett (Leeanne) Ishida, Chad Ishida, Nichole Ishida; numerous cousins.
A celebration of Clyde’s life will be held on Sunday May 7, 2023 at Kapa’a Hongwanji. Service to begin at 12:00 PM.
