Emilio Neiva Jr., 80, passed away on January 26, 2023. He was born in Hilo, Hawaii on October 15,1942
and worked as a groundskeeper at Pono Kai.
He is preceded in passing by his parents, Emilio Neiva Sr., and Hilda Rapoza; wife, Tootsie Neiva; sisters,
Katherine “Kay” Kahoalii and Rosalinda “Linda” Ke-a; and brother, Paul Neiva.
Emilio Jr. is survived by his daughter Carla “Keona” (Craig) Ishida; 5 grandchildren and 6 great-
grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held in private by the family.
