Flora Cox
Obituary
Flora Cox was born on Kauai on May 10, 1922 and passed away on July 19, 2023 at the age of 101. She was retired from the Dept. of Education where she was the secretary to the Kauai District Superintendent.
She was preceded in death by her husband. Howard Cox; parents Masaichi and Hanayo Sasaki; sisters, Nora Tada, Mary Takiguchi, Helen Pruitt, Lily Morita and brother, Henry Sasaki.
She is survived by sons Tom (Tina) Cox, John (Maggie) Cox, Buzzy (Pam) Cox, 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, sister-in-law Millie Sasaki and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Private service will be held at a later date. Family requests no Koden. Kauai Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
