Frances Rego Obituary
Frances Carvalho Rego of Hanamaulu passed away peacefully on August 17, 2022 at Garden Island Healthcare at the age of 94. She was born on January 4, 1928 in Hanamaulu.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 66 years Robert “Bobby” Rego, daughter Caroline Rego, parents Antone & Mary Carvalho, brother, Lawrence Carvalho, nephew, Eric Carvalho, son-in-law, Stanywick Yadao and granddaughter (extended family) Helena Oyamot.
She is survived by daughter, Marie Yadao, son, Lawrence (Barbara) Rego, 15 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, 6 great great-grandchildren, sister-in-law, Rose Carvalho, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at Immaculate Conception Church with viewing at 9:00 a.m. and Mass celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Burial to follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, leis are acceptable. Casual attire and face masks recommended.
