Gerald Sanchez, 79, passed away on March 6, 2023. He was born on December 10, 1943, and was the owner and proprietor of Wailua County Store.
He is preceded in passing by his parents, Manuel Sanchez and Leilani Souza, and his best friend Sheba.
Gerald is survived by daughters, Sarah (Ridge) Resinto, Roberta (Junior) Apaisa, and Lisa Latchford; sons, Shane (Karon) Sanchez, Shawn Sanchez, his favorite uncle and mentor, Willy Martin; grandchildren, Elijah, Jaxtyn, Harden along with other numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, Gordon (Healani) Sanchez, Robin (Shar) Sanchez, Peewee Sanchez; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
