Gregorio Sadora, 90, of Wailua Homesteads, passed away peacefully at home on November 3, 2020. He was born on December 9, 1929 in Kahuku, Oahu.
Greg is preceded in death by his son N. Kalani Sadora, brother-in-law Bill Ancheta, his parents Loreto and Maxima Sadorra and in-laws Eusebio and Estefania Afaga.
He survived by his wife Goni Sadora, his children Cheryl (Glenn) Belisle, Gregory (Nani) Sadora, Stephanie (Stacy) Iwasaki, grandchildren Shaunte Sadora, Shyanne Sadora, Kaiea Iwasaki, Kanoa Iwasaki, Keala Iwasaki and Skyler Sadora, sisters Connie Ancheta, Becky (Roger) Ancheta, brother Herman (Virgie) Sadorra and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Greg served in the Army in Korea. He enjoyed working and retired from Wilcox Memorial Hospital and Coco Palms after 40+ years. If Greg was not working on his many projects at home or traveling the world with his wife and family, he was cheering on his grandchildren on the football field, baseball diamond, soccer field or volleyball court. He lived life to the fullest with no regrets.
Contact-free service at Kauai Memorial Gardens will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2020 with viewing beginning at 7:30-9:30am, mass at 10am at Immaculate Conception Church, a blessing at 1pm at the Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery in Hanapepe and burial to follow. Masks and social distancing are required.
