Jennis O. Christian passed away peacefully on December 21, 2022 at the age of 89. She was born on March 3, 1933 in Lihue. She was a dedicated homemaker.
She was preceded in passing by her husband Donald Christian, father Joseph Iida, mothers Marie and Isabella Iida, siblings Joseph, Charlie, Harold Iida and Merilyn Costa, son-in-laws Timmy Alalem, Teddy Gorospe and grandchildren Tyler and Aaron Alesna.
Jennis is survived by her daughters, Amber (Eddie) Ancheta, Suzie (Randy) Racca, DeeDee Gorospe, Rene (Andy) Alesna, Jan Cheryl Alalem, Claire Ann Christian, Jolynn (Steven) Gladmann, Apryl Worthington, son Wayne Manago, 24 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
A viewing will be at Kauai Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at 1:00pm. Additional services and burial will be announced on a future date.
