John Elbert Peery V, 7 months, of Koloa passed away at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on June 22, 2021. He was born in Waimea, Kauai on November 7, 2020.
Preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, John Peery III and uncle, Ian Greenfield.
Baby John is survived by his parents, John Peery IV and Aimee Greenfield and sister, Kaya Raven Peery.
