Kinu Matsumoto, 95, passed away at her home in Lihue on April 12, 2023. She was born in Japan on March 1, 1928. She worked on Kauai as a tofu maker.
She is preceded in passing by her husband, Hitoshi Matsumoto; and parents Muraji and Mineko Suekane.
Kinu is survived by her sons Richard and Paul Matsumoto.
Private services were held by the family and the family requests no koden and no flowers.
