Lantz Petersen Obituary
Lantz R. Petersen, 51, passed away at his home in Lihue on February 28, 2022. Lantz was born in Lubbock, Texas on June 30, 1970 and was on Kauai attending Kauai Community College.
He is preceded in passing by his parents, Ronald Petersen and Karyl West; and his brother Chase Petersen.
Lantz is survived by his brother, Brandon (Julia) Smart; sister, Brooke Smart, and his step-father Ben Smart.
Private services will be held on Kauai with a Celebration of Life to be held at a later date in Utah.
