Manuel Ababa Jr. Obituary
Manuel M. Ababa Jr., 78, of Lihue passed away at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on June 24, 2025. He was born in Buanga, Pinili, Philippines on July 30, 1946 and worked as a laborer/landscaper with Kauai Nursery.
He is survived by his wife, Concepcion Ababa; sons, Renante Ababa, Emerson (Karen) Ababa and Derwin (Jane) Ababa; daughter, Mensie (Ronnie) Ababa-Butac and 13 grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Immaculate Conception Church on Wednesday July 30, 2025. Visitation will begin at 8:00 am, services to follow at 10:00 AM. Burial will take place at Kauai Memorial Gardens.
Kauai Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
