Margaret Cliffe Obituary
Margaret “Joanie” Cliffe passed away on July 2, 2025 at the age of 84. She was born in San Bernardino, California on April 27, 1941 and worked in retail sales.
She was preceded in passing by her husband, Roger Cliffe, parents Thomas and Mary Alford, fraternal twin sister Evelyn Jean (Gary) Gillman, brother Thomas (Florence) Alford Jr., sister Dorothy Grace (Rod) Dodson, granddaughter Tia Alohilani Obrero, and 1st husband Lambert Aqui.
Joanie is survived by her children Mark (Christine) Aqui, Sandra Aqui, Michelle (Ricky B.) Rego, grandchildren Eric, Maria, William, and David Aqui, Brent (Robyn) Obrero, Kayli (Alan) Satta, Jordan Lee, Kaina (Ahnyca Quesada) Christian, Kelani (Pilipa’a Torio) Griep, step-grandchildren Megan (Rui) Yap, Ricky B.K. (Kirra Lono) Rego, great-grandchildren No’eau Peters, Maluhia Aqui, Kaya and Kaz Obrero, Mia and Milo Blackstad, Kawehi Rego, Kamaile Yap, Kaleoaloha Christian, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be held on a later date.
