Melchora Domingcil Obituary

Melchora Cadiz Domingcil, 97, of Lihue passed away at Garden Isle Health Care on January 25, 2020. She was born in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines on January 6, 1923 and was a dedicated homemaker.

Preceded in death by her husband, Emilio Domingcil and 4 siblings.

Melchora is survived by her daughter, Carlina (Andy) Acupan; three grandchildren, Donnabel (Jamie Moniz) Acupan, John Acupan, Norman Acupan; one great-grandchild, Dante K. Moniz; brothers, Rosalino (Bibiana) Cadiz, Dominador (Maria) Cadiz; sisters, Feliza Tangonan, Evarista Sagisi, Maria (Victor) Acojido, Josefina (Marcelino) Dela Cruz; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Immaculate Conception Church with viewing from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and Mass celebrated at 10:00. Burial will follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery.
