Mercedes Ines Obituary
Mercedes N. Ines, 78, of Kekaha passed away on November 12, 2018 on Oahu. She was born in Puhi, Kauai on February 19, 1940, and was a dedicated homemaker.
Mercedes was preceded in death by her father, Cecilio Nadarisay; mother, Hertrodes Nadarisay; brothers, Raymond Villatora and Victor Villatora; sister Gregoria Caberto; son, Walter D. Ines Jr.
She is survived by her husband Walter D. Ines; sons, Damon (Susan) Ines and Darrell Ines; daughter, Michelle (Arthur) Brun; brothers, Benjamin (Marina) Villatora, Bernardo (Connie) Nadarisay, Antonio (Candice) Nadarisay, Frank (Colleen) Nadarisay; sisters, Diane Vierra, Florencia Alviar, Julie Lopez, Delores (Harold) Alimboyoguen; grandchildren, Damon K. Ines, Brendan Ines-Brun, Hannah Brun, Faith Brun, Davon Ines, Dariann Ines, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Kauai Bible Church with viewing from 9:00 a.m. and services celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Kauai Veterans Cemetery in Hanapepe.
