Nanette Pualani “Titi” Chang Dettloff passed away on June 24, 2025 at the age of 84. She was born on December 26, 1940 in Waimea and worked as a medical coder at Wilcox Hospital.
She was preceded in passing by her parents Kenneth and Maria Chang and brother Melvin (Rhonda “Ronnie”) Ho’onani Chang, niece Ardena Chang Williams, and nephew William Chang.
Titi is survived by her children Kanani (Dwight) Dettloff of Kapaa, Eric Dettloff of Las Vegas, Hans (Leolani) Dettloff of Kapaa, Colleen (Michael) Galow of Arkansas and hanai son Craig (Tiffany) Netzer, grandchildren Brad “Pekelo” (Tara) Dettloff, Ryndie Luana (Gabe) Sarsona, Lyle “Kilika” (Jennie) Dettloff, Kaitlyn (Tim) Dela Cruz, Chuck Dela Cruz, Kenneth “Ikaika” Carvalho-Dettloff, Mikah “Keli’i” Dettloff, Jonah “Makana” Dettloff, Kaui Dettloff, Lindsay (Jim) Burnett, Taylor (Timber) Kolodejchuk, great-grandchildren Jerycho “Kepa” Sarsona, Harmyne Sarsona, Emmytt Sarsona, Ace Dettloff, Kenzo Dettloff, Ezekiel “Kai” Dettloff, McKenzie Burnett, sister Nadine “Piki” (Robert) Hall, niece Lisa Kealohapa’aokahaleole Hall and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, uncles and aunts.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday October 4, 2025 at Lydgate Beach Park from 12pm-4pm.
