Patricia Cremer Obituary

Patricia Mae Cremer, 71, of Lihue, Kauai passed away on March 6, 2022 at home surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on March 25, 1950 in Lihue, Kauai.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert R. Cremer Sr.; father, George Alves; brother, George Wayne Alves.

Patricia is survived by her mother, Frances Carriera; four children, Robert (Amy) Cremer Jr., Randall (Shelly) Cremer, Michelle (Jonathan) Apana and Rodney C.G Cremer; 16 Grandchildren and 22 Great Grandchildren; sisters, Eileen (Philip) Rapozo, Charlotte (David) Rapozo; brother, David (Donna) Alves.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Lydgate Park on April 16, 2022. Visitation with Family from 10:00AM-11:00AM with service to follow. A private Burial will be held on Easter Sunday.
