Patrick Duane Gustafson,70, of Kapaa passed away at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on June 1, 2018. He was born in Oregon on May 12, 1948. A Veteran of the United States Army, he was self-employed as a Koa Wood Worker.
Preceded in death by his parents, Duane and Eileen Gustafson.
Patrick is survived by his daughter, Forest Racheal (Ron) Windham; 2 grandchildren, Kyle Kamron Windham and Kayla Faye Windham.
