Paweena Leilani Cremer, 45, of Kapaa passed away at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on February 13, 2026. She was born in Bangkok, Thailand on October 7, 1980 and worked as a Courtesy Clerk at Safeway in Kapaa.
She is survived by her parents, Carl & Merrilee Cremer and sister, Christina (Seth) Morales.
A Celebration of life will be held on Sunday March 8, 2026 at Kapaa 7th day Adventist church. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM and services to follow.
