Phyllis is survived by her children, Loretta (Robert) Smithberg of Kauai, Yolanda (Bruce) Kvidahl of Arcadia, CA, Veronica (Robert) La Farge of Pico Rivera, CA, and Bernard (Jean) Nick (Jean) Leyva of Riverside, CA; sisters, Maria Reyes of Colton, CA and Hortensia Garcilaso of Camarillo, CA; grandchildren, Brian and Andrew Musquiz, Neil and Kirk Kvidahl and Christopher and Mark La Farge, Anthony and Angelica De Larmes; great grandchildren, Vianney and Peter La Farge and Amelia Leyva.
