Raymond Leton Obituary

Raymond “Ray” Lee Leton, 69, of Kapaa passed away on June 22, 2020 at his home. He was born in St. Paul, Minnesota on April 27, 1951 and was best known as the inventor of Flotation Boardshorts.

Ray was preceded in death by his parents Donald Leton and Mary Leton.

Ray is survived by his son, Van (Etsuko) Leton; daughters, Keana Leton and Noelani Cassidy; brother, Richard Leton; sisters, Renee Leton and Diane McGalliard; three grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
