Reno Alaipalelei Obituary
Reno Sifagaloa Alaipalelei, 64, of Lihue passed away at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on December 21, 2025. He was born in Hawaii on April 16, 1961 and was a retired security lead at Wilcox Memorial Hospital.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Moreli Alaipalelei and Faamoe Holewyne; son, Luke Alaipalelei; sister, Stella.
Reno is survived by his wife, Marlo Alaipalelei; sons, Joshua (Alicia) Alaipalelei, Kamalu (Rain) Umu and Jonathan (Deidre) Alaipalelei; daughters, Jolene Alaipalelei and Nalani Umu; brother, Moreli Alaipalelei Jr.; grandchildren, Caitlin, Iosua, Levi, Jonathan, Carter, Jordan, Charlie and Luke Alaipalelei, Tewai, Tytus, Lion, Hinatea, Luna and Thunder Umu.
A Celebration of Life will be held on February 20, 2026 at Lydgate Big Pavilion in Kapaa, HI. Visitation will begin at 12:00 PM and services will follow at 1:30 PM.
