Setsuko Hiranaka, 94, passed away at home in Lihue on November 29, 2023. She was born in Lihue on April 12, 1929.
She was preceded in passing by her parents Gie and Nobu Hiranaka, brothers Noboru, Wataru, Iwao, Yoshio, Mamoru, and Isamu Hiranaka, and sisters Sumiyo Kato and Haruko Hiranaka.
She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and their families.
Private services will be held at a later date and the family requests no koden.
