Shizuko Shimabukuro Obituary
Shizuko Shimabukuro of Eleele passed away on March 10, 2025, at the age of 101.
She was born in Lawai, Kauai on February 14, 1924 and was a dedicated wife, loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Choji Shimabukuro; Siblings, Maruyo Maedo, Kenichi Ikehara, and Kenneth Ikehara.
She is survived by her son, George (Diane), and daughters Charlotte (Walter) Yasumoto, and Jo Ann Harada; 2 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren and sister-in-law Takeko (Akira) Oyakawa.
Private services will be held. Please no koden.
Kauai Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
