Takako Mizutani Obituary
Takako Mizutani, 93, of Waimea passed away on July 31, 2024 at Kauai Care Center. She was born in Lihue, HI on June 30, 1931 and retired from the State of Hawaii Department of Accounting and General Services.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Akira and Matsuyo Tamura; husband, Charles “Chunky” Mizutani; sister, Akiko Yamamoto.
Takako is survived by her daughter, Dale (Gordon) Hirata; brother, Charles (Aki) Tamura and grandson, Ryan Hirata.
