Teri Murata Obituary
Teri T. I. Murata of Kapaa died on February 9, 2025 at the age of 99. She was born in Port Allen, Kauai, Hawaii and was the eldest of 7 children. She was a devoted wife to Makoto Murata, who predeceased her in 2007. She is survived by son Douglas K. (Valri) Murata; daughter, Dawn N. Murata; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; twin sister June (Tamae) Chang; and brothers Kenneth (Jane) Ibara and Paul (Sue) Ibara.
Private service to be held at a later date.
Kauai Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
