Valerie Nalani Santos, 73, passed away on May 26, 2026. She was born in Hawaii on November 14, 1952 and was a Security Guard with Securitas at Lihue Airport.
She is preceded in death by her sons, Edward Ferreira III and Leo Ferreira.
Valerie is survived by her husband, Timothy A. Santos; sons, Donovan and Kaipo Ferreira; sister, Theresa (Sydney) Aguinaldo; grandchildren, Koa (Kaesha Shimatsu) Ferreira-Kashima, Devan (Deven) Ferreira, Kamaka (Alexis Ramos) Ferreira, Hinano (Leinani) Ferreira-Kashima and Kaleb Aguinaldo; great-grandchildren, Ainslee Ferreira-Kashima, Kaiyah Ferreira, Kyrie Ferreira and Datsun Ferreira-Kashima; sister, Celeste Farias and numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
