Wendy-Lu Keikilohe Hi’ilawe Frisbee (Kiilau) passed away on May 14, 2025 at the age of 58. She was born on June 14, 1966 at Wilcox Memorial Hospital.
She was preceded in passing by her parents Charles and Lily “Pia” Kiilau Jr., sisters Moana Jean “Nani” Asuncion, Mary-Ann “Baby Bull” Lopes, and brother Charles Kiilau III.
Wendy-Lu is survived by her husband Warren Frisbee, daughter Jaquelyn Frisbee, son Austin Charles Frisbee, sisters Cindy (Yasu) Morikawa, Leah “Maka” (Jojo) Pillos, brothers Danny, Lance, Joseph “Poki,” George “Kaleo,” hanai brother Charles “Kalani,” and numerous nephews and nieces.
Services will be held on Saturday September 6, 2025 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Lihue. A celebration of life will start at 10AM, services at 11AM, with a luncheon to follow at the LDS gym. The family kindly requests flowers and leis to honor Wendy-Lu during the spreading of her ashes at Hanamaulu Beach Park after the luncheon.
